We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate / Backup DZ Driver for our Milton Distribution Centre, a modern 60,000 sq. ft. facility with 7 levels of racking designed for high-volume, high-efficiency operations.
This role is primarily warehouse-based (approximately 90%), with occasional driving responsibilities (approximately 10%) to support delivery routes when required.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while also being prepared to step in as a delivery driver when operational needs require.

What You'll Do Each Day:
What You'll DoWarehouse Operations (Primary Role)
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including:
- Reach Truck
- Order Picker / Stock Picker
- Sit-down Counterbalance Forklift
- Stand-on Pallet Rider
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow FIFO inventory practices
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging deliveries
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all KeyPak safety policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with provincial and federal transportation regulations
- Contribute to a zero-incident safety culture
What You Bring Required
- Valid forklift certifications (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Counterbalance, or Pallet Rider)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience operating material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30–35 feet while operating order pickers
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk and operate machinery/equipment for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 65 lbs unassisted
- Ability to lift, push and pull over 65 lbs with assistance
- Able to perform work under changing temperatures associated with a warehouse environment
Typical Schedule
Typical shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Occasional schedule adjustments may occur when supporting delivery routes.
