We are a diverse, multi-disciplinary psychotherapy and counselling clinic with 3 locations. Toronto, Vaughan and Mississauga. We are currently hiring for Mississauga location.Our team provides in-person and virtual support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges.
Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing team and support the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and their families. The therapist must be a Registered Psychotherapist (or Qualifying), Psychologist or Social Worker with the CRPO or Masters in Social Work, Registered with OCSWSSW. This hybrid position requires in-person availability In the Mississauga location and is offered as an independent contractor role. We provide our practitioners with administrative support, monthly peer meetings, team events, and much more.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's-level education in a related field
- Current registration and good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW
- Proof of liability insurance
- Recent Vulnerability Sector Check
- Minimum 1 yr working with Individuals providing psychotherapy, Couple's Families , Child etc
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support an average of 10-15 clients weekly for sessions
- Conduct consults and sessions with prospective clients as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate, thorough and timely recording for all client information, including session notes, reports, correspondence with consented third parties, legal forms, and doctor’s letters, ensuring all records are current and complete
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
