Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations, managing financial records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks/Sage accounting, payroll and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Duties
- Manage daily office operations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle bookkeeping duties utilizing QuickBooks/Sage Accounting, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email.
- Support administrative functions
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and mail distribution
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, payroll and data entry skills
- Experience with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, payroll and financial record management
- Prior experience in Oilfield, Construction and Crane/Transportation is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
