About the Role
Ottawa St-Laurent Jeep RAM is looking for a friendly, upbeat Appointment Coordinator to join our Business Development Centre. This is a phone-based role at the heart of our operations — you'll be the first voice many of our customers hear, and your energy sets the tone for their entire experience with us.
If you're a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people, this role is a great fit — no automotive experience required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to book and confirm service appointments
- Contact customers with upcoming appointments to ensure a strong show-rate
- Follow up with previous service customers to check on satisfaction
- Reach out to new and used vehicle buyers to schedule their first service visit
- Follow up on internet leads, unsold prospects, and lease renewal opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records in our dealership management system
- Communicate current promotions and service incentives to customers
- Support sales appointment scheduling as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A warm, professional phone manner — you're comfortable smiling through the phone
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, reception, or sales is an asset — but not required.
