Project Coordinator – Interior Finishing & Hollow Metal

Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be trained to read blueprints, complete material takeoffs, and coordinate projects from order through installation.
This is a hands-on role at the center of our operation, focused on coordinating projects, managing information, solving problems, and ensuring materials, schedules, and installations stay on track. You will work closely with builders, site supervisors, installers, suppliers, and internal teams to successfully deliver projects.
The role supports both our Hollow Metal Division (commercial doors, frames, and hardware) and our Interior Finishing Division (doors, trim, hardware, and accessories).

Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings and complete material takeoffs
- Prepare and manage quotes, work orders, and project files
- Coordinate project requirements, schedules, and site information
- Work closely with warehouse, delivery, installation, and woodshop teams
- Track orders, backorders, and project changes
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with pricing, adjustments, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and quantities
- Ability to learn blueprint reading and construction drawings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Assets (not required):
- Experience in construction, building materials, estimating, or project coordination
- Previous exposure to blueprints, takeoffs, or construction drawings
Compensation & Performance Incentive
This position offers a competitive base salary along with a monthly performance incentive tied to project coordination and successful project execution.
Expected Total Compensation: Approximately $45,000–$55,000 annually, with the majority of earnings coming from base salary and a portion tied to performance incentives.
