Office Administrator
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and equipment
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
