We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations within our firm and offers a great opportunity to grow in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial advisors.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars.
Handle client communication via phone, email, and in-person.
Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
Maintain and update client records in our database system.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial plans.
Manage office supplies and handle mail and courier services.
Assist in compliance-related tasks and documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant (experience in the financial industry is highly preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High school diploma required.
Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Preferred but Not Required:
A Mutual Fund’s in Canada certificate or Canadian Securities Course would be a major asset.
