Railing Assembler/Fabricator – Window Manufacturing Company
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Railing Assembler/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and preparing aluminum and metal railing components used in residential and commercial window and building projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate railing systems according to specifications and drawings.
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare aluminum and metal components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Assist with loading, packaging, and preparing products for shipment as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- Ability to read measuring tapes and use basic fabrication tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available when required
Pay:
- wages based on experience
