Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for cooking and preparing delicious meals. Must be available to work evenings.
Duties:
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar environment
- Knowledge of food safety principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
