Position Summary:
As part of the Solutions Development & Support team in Toronto, the Analyst will be the subject matter expert on Support & Knowledge Management. They will also consult with internal and external clients on all project specifications and advise on best practices.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Monitor the queue for regular and important issues, respect the response and resolution SLAs, engage with customers and champion the applications we offer to clients.
Ensure client applications are delivered in an accurate and timely manner, which consist of weekly maintenance, thorough validation prior to production release, and issue remediation if required, including but not limited to, user access management, authorization and authentication, ensuring the SLA is met consistently across clients as well as support incidents.
Be responsible for onboarding new clients/users requiring a keen attention to detail, respecting the need of documentation, and adhering to the processes set forth.
Be responsible for fulfilling any data and technical request in the production environment.

Minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience on BI tools and/or in technical support
Someone who can respond quickly and effectively to clients requesting technical support.
Able to work seamlessly between the data and applications, and work alongside operations analysts to monitor and rerun jobs as required.
Someone who will always be looking for automation and improvement ideas
Proficient in Data Warehouse Design, Data Modeling and Integration, Data sourcing/migration/quality, Data Analysis, Netezza/Oracle/MySQL (SQL & stored procedures)
Proficient in the following Data Quality Tools: Trillium/Informatica/QualityStage, Shell Scripting (Unix/AIX/Linux)
Proficient in analytical reporting (Qlikview/ QlikSense), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Active Directory, Auth0, BitBucket, Python, SAS, AWS (Cloud technology)
