Job Summary
The Nestly Co. is looking for an reliable Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing team. We provide premium cleaning services across the GTA and are looking for someone who understands the importance of fast turnovers, attention to detail, and creating a 5-star guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone with previous Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience who takes pride in delivering hotel-quality results.
What You'll Do
- Perform Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Change and make beds with fresh linens
- Restock guest essentials and amenities
- Inspect the property for cleanliness, damages, and missing items
- Follow detailed property-specific checklists
- Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Occasionally assist with residential, move-in/out, deep cleaning, and office cleaning jobs when required
- Communicate professionally with the operations team
- Maintain The Nestly Co.'s quality standards on every visit
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional Airbnb/Hotel cleaning experience (Airbnb experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to follow detailed checklists
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable travelling across the GTA
- Driver's licence is an asset
- Vehicle is an asset but not mandatory
