Job Description

The primary role of the Inside Sales Representative is to work collaboratively with the sales & service team to; retain and grow business relationships, audit quotes for accuracy and to follow up on sales leads.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of sales quotations
  • Efficiently process payment transactions
  • Efficiently process sales orders
  • Provide quotations to customers in a timely manner
  • Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company products and services
  • Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Audit and maintain the organization’s customer database, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Vacation relief

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • French Bilingual, strong verbal and written communication in both English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High levels of accuracy and detail
  • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience with the ability to build customer relationships and exceed customers’ needs and expectations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (40 wpm+)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
