WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 F&O Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform and its development tools. The D365 F&O Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom solutions within the D365 F&O environment to meet the specific needs of our organization.
This hybrid role will be based out of our Fraser Head Office in Toronto.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Act as technical consultant involved in solution design, time estimate, and technical specifications for the company
- Full lifecycle development while working closely with Business Analysts to understand requirements, participate in solution design, and lead the development of the designed solution, assist in testing and deployment

Debug, investigating, analyzing and replicating issues and providing support to Business Analyst in resolving issues in a timely manner
- Analyze the impacts and conflicts of parallel projects’ code and manage code deployment to enforce compatibility

Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.

Contribute to the refactoring of existing products to improve compliance, consistency, robustness & performance

Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.

Drive technical discussions with the vendor team and evaluate the changes done.

Stay up to date with the latest D365 F&O features, updates, and best practices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in D365 F&O development, customization, and integration.

Strong proficiency in X++, C#, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

Strong database knowledge, in-depth understanding of MS SQL server and able to use transact, SQL to develop stored procedures

Experience with Azure DevOps
Required Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development.

Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.

Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries.
