Job Summary:
Precise ParkLink’s Client Relations team is looking for an onsite Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be responsible for the day-to-day parking operations at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario. The CSR will ensure that the policies and procedures are met for the client and the company.

Location:
Joseph Brant Hospital, Parking Office, 1245 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington, ON L7S 0A2

Employment: Casual, when required

Compensation: Hourly

Obtain a positive and professional attitude under high pressure or changed circumstances

Advanced active problem-solving skills

Self-managed while accurately following instructions

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain on-site parking equipment and perform 1st level equipment repair;

Perform Daily Site Inspections;

Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to patients, visitors, and staff as needed;

Ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive the correct pass and/or are registered into the system properly;

Process cash, credit and debit transactions as well as daily deposits and refunds;

Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner;

Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations by providing a pleasant and professional tone and manner;

Create and keep up to date reports as assigned by head office and the hospital;

Demonstrate good judgement when responding to customer issues to ensure good customer service;

Perform audits/investigations into parking passes or other incidents as required;

Report to the Site Supervisor

On-call for after-hours and during the weekends
