Build a New Fleet Division
Wagonmaster Group is launching a new Fleet Division and is looking for an experienced Fleet Business Developer to help build and grow the business across British Columbia.
This is a rare opportunity to do more than manage an existing territory. You'll be responsible for developing new business, expanding into new markets, and helping shape the future of the division.
Our products support gas and diesel engine applications and metal lubrication across fleet, commercial, and industrial markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop new fleet, commercial, and industrial accounts
- Prospect, generate leads, and grow your territory
- Build relationships with fleet operators, maintenance managers, and commercial customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training
- Deliver solutions that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling into fleet, commercial, industrial, construction, utility, municipal, agricultural, or heavy-duty customers
- Working knowledge of diesel engine maintenance and commercial vehicle applications
- Proven success in outside sales, territory management, or business development
- Self-motivated with a track record of building customer relationships and growing a sales territory
- Automotive aftermarket, heavy-duty, industrial, lubricant, or equipment sales experience is strongly preferred
