Aionios Med Spa is an aesthetics and skincare destination in the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in non-invasive facial and body treatments. With locations in Yorkville, Danforth, and Bayview Village, we are committed to providing personalized care, attention to detail, and an exceptional client experience.
We are currently looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will help manage appointments, communicate with new and existing clients, and ensure the daily front desk operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, bookings, confirmations, and appointment flow.
- Handle phone, text, and email communications professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with new client inquiries and leads to answer questions and help convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support bookings and rebooking.
- Assist clients with general service information and scheduling consultations or treatments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information within the booking system.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Spa, medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or wellness experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicating with new clients and following up on inquiries.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
