Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead our staff. The role involves supervising employees, maintaining operational standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate staff, including training and onboarding
Schedule shifts and monitor staff performance
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and service quality
Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Secondary school completion (or equivalent practical experience)
Leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
Hospitality or restaurant management training
Experience in high-volume or specialized dining establishments
