BERRY BLUSH is looking for an experienced Lead Florist / Store Manager.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about flowers, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences while managing day-to-day shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead floral production and daily operations
- Create premium bouquets, arrangements, and event florals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and flower care
- Train and mentor florists and assistants
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with weddings, events, and corporate projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional floral experience
- Strong floral design skills and color knowledge
- Leadership and team management experience
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability preferred
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
