Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is a strong “jack of all trades,” willing to learn, and able to help wherever needed in a busy shop environment.
Responsibilities
· Prepare parts, equipment, and surfaces for blasting and painting
· Assist with sandblasting, painting, masking, cleaning, and general prep work
· Perform general shop duties, including cleanup, organizing tools, and maintaining a safe work area
· Help with basic mechanical tasks and equipment maintenance as needed
· Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
· Support team members with a variety of tasks as required
Qualifications
· Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
· Experience with blasting, painting, prep work, shop labour, autobody, welding and mechanical is an asset
· Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
· Dependable, punctual, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Physically capable of performing hands-on shop work safely

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
