Sunnyside Self Storage is a locally run family business since 1979 located in South Surrey, BC. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional service for all moving and storage needs. We offer a variety of services including self storage, truck and trailer rentals and a fully stocked retail store offering all moving supplies.
Who you are:
We are seeking a local, enthusiastic, reliable, self starter individual to join our team. This role will be a combination of office and outside work.
What you'll be doing:
Office Work (40%)
- Answer phone and email inquiries from active and prospective tenants
- Show storage units, explain terms and rental agreements, prepare rental contracts Dispatch and check in truck and trailer rentals
- Sell merchandise and moving supplies
Outside work (60%)
- Ensure all vacant storage units are clean and ready to be sold
- Perform general routine property clean up and minor repair work
- Light landscaping
- Clean and sanitization of all rental equipment when returned to us
- Assist with hooking up trailer rentals
What you bring:
- Customer service experience
- A valid drivers license
- Weekend and evening (until 8pm) availability is a must
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Preference will be given to candidates who live within 5km's of the facility
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
