Kennedy Ford is looking for an enthusiastic Parts Counter Advisor to join our award-winning team.
Starting wage will be based on experience. Only those qualified for this role should apply.
Requirements
· 3-5 years’ experience within the industry is required with preference given to candidates with Ford experience.
· Automotive technical knowledge is a must
· Comfort using electronic catalogue and computer software throughout the day
· Attention to detail with a polite and professional demeanor is extremely important
· Willingness to learn
· Experience with the PBS DMS is an asset but not required.
· Experience with retail sales
Responsibilities include:
· Efficiently assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle
· Assist with telephone inquiries
· Looking up parts in an electronic catalogue for service techs, as well as wholesale and retail customers
· Sourcing parts not in inventory from area depots and trading partners
· Receiving orders and stocking parts to the appropriate location within the department
· Other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager and Assistant Parts Manager.
