Position Overview
We are seeking experienced ABA/Instructor Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and implement individualized treatment plans and social skills groups . You will serve as an advocate within the clinical team, ensuring best practices. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact. This position is for approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism.
- Follow programmes as written and implement with care and creativity.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2–18).
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting children and families.
