We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position is based in Waterford, Ontario, with opportunities to support operations at other Clark Agri Service locations as required.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in customer service, office administration, inventory management, and agricultural operations. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Welcome and support customers visiting the office.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and transactions.
- Enter information accurately into company systems.
- Assist with filing, record keeping, and general office administration.
Inventory & Operational Support
- Help maintain inventory records and documentation.
- Assist with receiving seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
- Support inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Reconcile delivery tickets and other customer paperwork.
- Assist with seasonal inventory and yard activities as required.
Team Support
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of customer orders and deliveries.
- Support office, warehouse, and yard activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, agronomy, and operations teams to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Agricultural knowledge or experience is an asset but not required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adjust schedules during seasonal peak periods, including spring planting and fall harvest.
