As an Analyst, you'll develop your a consulting toolkit, develop confidence in asking probing questions to understand client needs and operational models, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay current with industry practices.
As an Associate, you will be a catalyst for change. Collaborating within client engagement teams and guided by a Project Lead, you will leverage your expertise to craft work products, take the lead on specific project initiatives, and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.

Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively

Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline

2+ years experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field

Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset

Good understanding of business challenges

Have coached and/or lead others

Experience in financial services, retail, or telecommunications industries a plus

Exceptional communication skills required, especially in front of teams of people, training or leadership and coaching
