Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration particularly within real estate office, and possess strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for contractors.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Maintain organized records of client information and office correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate office procedures receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
