Sales & Design Consultant – Custom Closet & Home Organization Solutions

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales & Design Consultant to join our Calgary showroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in custom closet design, home organization solutions, and interior design sales who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments
- Listen to clients' needs and develop customized storage solutions
- Measure spaces accurately and prepare detailed designs
- Create professional design presentations and quotations
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion
- Collaborate closely with installers and production teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Participate in networking events and community outreach opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales
- Experience in custom closet design, home organization, or related industries
- Understanding of closet installation processes, materials, and space-planning principles
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and provide solutions
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong measuring and space-planning skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, positive, and results-driven attitude
- Interior design education or related experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for in-home consultations
