Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our team and help lead a fun, positive, and busy salon environment. We want someone who is not only a strong manager, but also a hairstylist first who understands the salon, our clients, and what it takes to support a team.
The right person will bring positive energy to the salon, lead by example, and enjoy helping other stylists grow. You’ll be someone who can step in when needed, teach and coach your team, and help create an environment where everyone feels supported and motivated to do their best.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
- Lead, support, and motivate the salon team
- Teach, coach, and help stylists improve their skills and confidence
- Lead by example both behind the chair and as a manager
- Help create a positive and welcoming salon environment
- Oversee scheduling, walk-ins, and daily salon flow
- Support the team with customer service and handling client concerns
- Encourage retail sales and help the team reach salon goals
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Help with hiring, training, and developing team members
- Build strong relationships with both clients and staff
Qualifications
- Hairstylist experience is a MUST
- Minimum 2 years of salon management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to bring good energy to the team
- Enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping other stylists succeed
- Comfortable working behind the chair and managing the salon
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and able to handle a busy salon environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example
- Retail and sales experience is an asset

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
