Rossmount Inn & Restaurant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team for the 2026 season.
As one of New Brunswick's most respected culinary destinations, Rossmount is known for refined, ingredient-driven cuisine rooted in the region's finest local and seasonal products.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready station
- Execute daily prep with discipline and attention to detail
- Work confidently with local, seasonal ingredients and adapt to rotating menus
- Maintain par levels and assist with ordering
- Uphold Rossmount's standards for quality, food safety, and sanitation
Qualifications:
- Experience in a quality-driven kitchen (fine dining preferred)
- Strong understanding of seasonal cooking and product integrity
- Ability to manage a station independently and efficiently
- Calm, focused, and professional under pressure
- Passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak season
