Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Siding Installer Helper to support our installation team in delivering high-quality siding projects. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in construction, carpentry, and hands-on building work. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings under supervision
- Handle and operate hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws safely and effectively
- Support heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials to ensure proper placement
- Read and interpret blueprints or project plans to assist in accurate installation
- Perform basic carpentry tasks including cutting, measuring, and caulking as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during daily operations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, construction practices, and carpentry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Prior handyman or construction experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to job sites and punctuality are essential
- A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety are required for success in this role
