Job Overview:
EnQuest Energy Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team. The Quality Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, project management, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance.
Must have knowledge of ASME\ABSA welding program for Pressure Vessels. Boilers and B31.1
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system in compliance with industry standards, ensuring product consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process, conduct regular inspections using calibrated equipment, and oversee trained staff to guarantee high-quality products are consistently produced.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and initiatives aimed at improving overall quality processes.
- Audits and Compliance: Conduct internal and external quality audits, address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed records of non-conformances and associated corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a post-secondary degree or certificate in Quality or HSE-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: ASME\ABSA Knowledge or Welding Inspector Level 1 or 2
Skills:
- ASME\ABSA welding program for Pressure Vessels. Boilers/B31.1
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor others.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Capability to work in diverse environments that may include exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
