FAIRSTONE IS LOOKING FOR A QUALITY ANALYST TO JOIN FAIRSTONE
As a Qualitiy Analyst, you play a crucial role in upholding an overall culture of compliance within EdenPark and Fairstone Bank. You will be the first regulatory line of defense of the Bank's Compliance Program, critical in adhering to and enforcing relevent legislation. You will be involved in completing quality audits, and ensuring that compliance policies and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct monthly Quality Assurance audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Report on monthly audits and liaise with Department Managers to ensure that the proper remediation of gaps and deficiencies is completed.

Conduct investigations intended to effectively mitigate risk and address all relevant regulatory requirements.

Provide assistance during effectiveness reviews, regulatory examinations, and external reviews.

Assist in the analysis, recommendations, and development and/or enhancement of compliance program establishing best practices and implementing changes to the program as required.

Complete other duties and projects as may be assigned.
What we look for:

Post-secondary diploma or degree
-
3+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry, a plus
-
Understanding of regulatory frameworks in which the Bank operates (e.g., Privacy, Consumer Protection, AML)

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Extensive time management and organization skills, to meet tight deadlines
-
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a timely manner while providing high-quality output
