Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at CCD Western Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to concrete restoration, waterproofing, construction, flooring, and renovation. The role requires working on-site in Edmonton, AB. This is a per hour or salary position depending upon experience.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets standards
- Manage project schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures for projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
