Sandblasting / Painting Labourer – Experience preferred.
ION Industrial Coatings Ltd. is hiring a full‑time Shop Labourer to join our sandblasting and industrial painting team. This is a permanent shop-based position with opportunities to grow into higher‑skill roles for the right person.
We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, learns fast, and takes pride in doing a job properly. If you’re reliable, motivated, and want to build real trade skills, you’ll fit in here.
If you struggle with attendance, attitude, or effort, this won’t be the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Sandblasting and surface preparation
- Industrial painting (brush, roll, and airless spray)
- General shop labour and equipment cleanup
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work environment
- Following direction and working as part of a team
Training is provided — we invest in people who want to learn.
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded
- Able to follow instructions and take pride in quality work
Experience in industrial painting, construction, or labour is an asset but not required.
