Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing authentic Italian dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and working efficiently during busy service periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Previous experience preparing Italian cuisine is required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts available
Pay
$25.00 $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
