Job Description: Business System Analyst (Capital Market, Repo & Collateral Management)

Role Descriptions:
- Gather and document business requirements across trading| settlement| and post-trade systems Bridge business stakeholders (traders| operations) with technology teams for solution design
- Perform impact analysis for regulatory| product| or system changes (e.g.| MiFID| Dodd-Frank)Define functional specifications| data mappings| and system workflows
- Collaborate on design of front-to-back systems covering trade lifecycle (order execution settlement)Work on asset classes such as equities| fixed income| derivatives| and FX
- Analyze and document interfaces across systems (OMS| EMS| risk| clearing| custody)Support integration of market data feeds (Bloomberg| Reuters) and reference data systems
- Drive UAT coordination| ensuring requirements traceability and validation
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
