The Role: Uplynk Regional InstallerAs a Regional Installer, you are the frontline of our national expansion. You'll work independently and collaboratively to bring complex projects to life across your region, ensuring every installation is not only functional but impeccable. Your detail-oriented work, technical aptitude, and self-driven nature will be key to our shared success—and your pathway to leadership.
A Day in the Life:
- Travel to job sites across the region with your own fully equipped vehicle, ready to tackle any installation.
- Execute installation plans for integrated home systems, CCTV security systems, and network setups with precision.
- Perform hands-on tasks like precise mounting, running and pulling wire, configuring equipment, and troubleshooting on-site.
- Use your keen eye to ensure every installation is clean, tidy, and meets our high quality standards.
- Be the friendly, professional face of Uplynk, communicating clearly with customers and respecting their property.
- Proactively follow safety protocols and contribute ideas to improve our job site planning.
What You Bring (Requirements):
- Valid G-Class Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle capable of safely carrying ladders, tools, and equipment.
- Your own full set of installer tools and a secure space for gear storage at home.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the construction industry or low-voltage installation.
- A clean criminal record (required for client site access).
- Sole Proprietorship registration with the Government of Canada (required for this role).
- The ability to safely lift 50lbs and comfort working from ladders and heights.
- A strong, self-motivated work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and impeccable punctuality.
- Excellent verbal communication, a true team-player attitude, and a sharp attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude and reliability you can count on.

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
