Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover esthetic techniques, spa operations, client management, and industry standards

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure curriculum relevance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing careers in esthetics and spa management
- Collaborate with program coordinators to develop new courses or update existing content based on industry developments
Requirements
- Proven experience in esthetics, skincare therapy, or spa management with a strong professional background
- Prior classroom experience or teaching experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in esthetics and spa operations
- Ability to create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and confidence
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, assessments, and student records
- Certification or licensure in esthetics or related fields as required by local regulations
