Momo Ramen is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.
Position:
- Wage: $16/hour + tips
- Approx. 8-20 hours/week
- Weekend availability required, but occasional weekends off can be arranged with advance notice
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders and accurately input them into the system
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide menu information and assist customers with food choices
- Ensure the dining area and restaurant are clean and organized
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Supporting teammates during service to keep things running smoothly
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and team player
