Oliveira Equipment sells everything from powersports and zero-turn mowers to compact tractors, skid steers, trailers, outdoor power equipment, and excavators. Product knowledge can be taught. We are looking for someone motivated, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
We are hiring a full-time Equipment Sales Representative for our Tilbury location. This role involves working with walk-in customers, phone and internet leads, customer follow-ups, online advertising, and completing the sales process from first contact to final paperwork.
This is not a slow-paced desk job. The right person will be energetic, professional, quick to follow up, comfortable using computers, and willing to actively create sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping customers choose the right equipment
- Following up with leads by phone, text, email, and online messages
- Posting and managing online sales ads
- Demonstrating equipment and explaining basic features
- Completing sales paperwork accurately
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Working with the team to move inventory
What we’re looking for:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and online platforms
- Organized and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s licence
- Equipment knowledge is an asset, but not required
