We are currently looking to add a Restoration Technical Advisor to our dynamic team in our Coquitlam location.
We provide a comprehensive remuneration package that includes Salary, company vehicle and more. Salary is based on experience.

Construction Quality Control Manager Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Fire and Flood Restoration experience.
- Minimum 10 years Construction experience.
- Knowledge of current building codes.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must read and write fluent English.
- Red Seal Carpentry ticket is an asset.
Duties
- Experience at an intermediate level in using MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations.
- Structural experience and knowledge.
- Permit coordination and liaising with municipalities.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Attending city inspections.
- Experience with large loss projects.
- Oversee and manage subtrades on site.
- Inspect sites and perform quality control.
- Ensuring WorkSafeBC compliance.
- Overseeing sites – internal crew management by others.
Working Conditions
- This role works primarily out of Phoenix’s Head Office in Coquitlam.

- Your time will be spent on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland and in the office.
- Some additional hours may be required during peak business periods.
