We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences for our customers and working with us to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealership. As a brand ambassador by professionally representing the INEOS Grenadier brand.
Your Playground:
As the Sales Specialist, you'll dive into the heart of a new brand working with an amazing brand surrounded by like-minded business-driven adventurers.
Term: Permanent, Full-Time
No. of Positions: 1
Wage: $80,000 - $125,000+ (base plus commission)

Your Expedition:
- Acting Familiarize yourself and remain up to date with product knowledge and be comfortable in navigating the OEM CRM.
- Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.
- Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding our products and marketing competition.
- Start to finish sales transactions.
- Attend networking and client events.
- Expanding our customer network by promoting and developing new business.
- Exceeding customers' expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience amazing.
- Participate in on-going product and certification skills training.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of vehicles.
Your Toolkit:
- 3 to 4 years year of automotive sales experience (luxury automotive sales preferred) with a proven track record of results.
- A great attitude towards customer service.
- Experience with appraising vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
- Commitment to drive sales and achieving store targets.
- A love for adventure.
- Strong CRM culture
- Professionalism and adherence to sales standards.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Outgoing, honest personality with high level of integrity that enjoys meeting new people.
- Valid BC drivers license.
- Valid VSA license.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to drive manual
