What to expect as the Senior Manager, People & Culture at Elastic Path?
Reporting to the executive leader for the P&C function, the Senior Manager, People & Culture is responsible for leading various initiatives and programs to support the People & Culture strategy, employee engagement, and high performance. This role is also responsible for ensuring our People Leaders are enabled to support their teams in doing their best work, by serving as a trusted advisor and partnering with various levels of leadership across the organization.
Location: This is a remote role based in Canada - candidates are required to have valid work authorization and be located in Canada to be considered. We have a preference for those located in Toronto or Vancouver. Elastic Path is a Remote First employer, so you’ll always have the tools to work from wherever you are based.

Contribute to and Implement the People & Culture StrategyMentor/coach leaders to achieve success through their people, ensuring they have the right tools and resources to be effective

Lead the execution and implementation of our engagement and compensation strategy

Partner with people leaders to support the growth and development of their teams through our Goals and Growth Program

Support the development and rollout of key programs including performance management and career development frameworks

Manage performance and employee relations
-
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of People & Culture programs, and identify areas for iteration and improvement.

Support and drive applicable Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives (ex. Training, Women in Tech)

Direct Report (1) - Through the management of the People & Culture Advisor, responsible for the management of immigration needs, on/off-boarding, and HR Administration

8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Experience working in a remote organization, and creating connection across remote teams

Strong experience with P&C systems (ie: BambooHR, Culture Amp, Barley)

Strong understanding of talent management pillars, including leadership, performance management, employee engagement, development and the employee experience.

Ability to create and implement plans/roadmaps in support of various talent management initiatives

Advanced knowledge of compensation strategies. reviews, budgeting, & benchmarking

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.

Proven ability to pivot, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with multiple geos a plus, specifically Canada, US and UK

Resourceful, with a willingness to knowledge share and support the P&C team
