The Sales Team is essential to our Dealership and we need a new Team Member with an awesome attitude to join our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of each ATV, side by side, dirt bike or motorcycle model
- Provide personalized sales consultations to help customers select the right motorcycle for their needs
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate the performance of each motorcycle
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and promotions
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
Requirements:
- Passion for motorcycles and motorsports and knowledge of the top level brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and class 6
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
