We are searching for a highly motivated Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Associate based in our head office and manufacturing plant located in Burnaby, B.C.

Our organization is currently seeking a Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by creating and executing test plans, analyzing results, and providing feedback to development teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing, a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Maintain product quality through document control, including SOPs, batch records, and production documentation.
- Coordinate raw material and finished product inspection, third-party testing, and lab result review.
- Support GMP, Health Canada, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage technical documents such as product specifications, COAs, and labels.
- Prepare and support client and regulatory audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Handle quality incident investigation, deviation, and change control documentation.
[Qualifications]
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in health supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
- Ability to communicate and write technical documents in English.
[Preferred Skills]
- Understanding of GMP, Health Canada, and FDA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers or testing labs.
- Experience in GMP, Health Canada and other audit
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
