PARTNER AUTOMOTIVE-WATERFORD
**EXPECTATIONS**
- Assist customers with their automotive inquiries
-Able to problem solve customer questions
-Be resourceful and take initiative in daily tasks
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries over the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (including all display areas of the store)
-Reliable and punctual and a willing team player
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the automotive industry retail sales or automotive customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, good time management
- Proficient in computer programs such as Excel and other business specific programs
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Phone etiquette and professional communication demonstrated always
-Sales driven
Highschool Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers Licence (clean record)
Current Criminal Check (or be willing to complete before hire)
