Job SummaryBig League Food Company is looking for a part time
Recruiter to join our busy and growing manufacturing & retail facility. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in building a strong, reliable workforce. This position is for an existing vacancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote job postings on social media and external job boards to assist with candidate sourcing

Collaborate with hiring managers to write job postings/ job descriptions for current openings.

Utilize internal HR systems to manage recruiting processes such as posting jobs, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, managing candidate pipeline

Source and engage candidates through a variety of creative sourcing channels.

Interview and evaluate candidates during various hiring stages.

Extend and negotiate compensation packages, manage subsequent offers, or contract generation.

Point of contact for candidates & hiring managers to answer their questions
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
-
1-2 years work experience as a Corporate Recruiter for all levels of professional positions in a corporate environment.

Solid understanding of full lifecycle recruiting with candidate relationship management skills.

In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices in accordance with Employment legislation.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
Pay and Schedule:

Salary: $20 to $24 Per hour
- Schedule: 3 days a week (Remote)

Shift: 20 hours a week
