Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient Home Care Aide to provide non-medical care and companionship for an elderly individual in their home. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, help maintain a safe and clean living environment, and support the individual's independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
Daily Living Support: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary preferences or guidelines.
Household Assistance: Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, tidying living areas), changing bed linens, and trash disposal.
Companionship: Engage in conversation, read, or support personal hobbies and activities to keep the individual socially engaged.
Errands & Appointments: Assist with medication reminders and accompany to medical appointments or short errands as needed.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
