We’re growing and looking for a hardworking, reliable Production Helper to join our awesome team! If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
Position Summary:
As a Production Helper, you’ll play a key support role on our production floor by assisting our Press Operators with day-to-day tasks. From preparing materials to organizing work areas and keeping production flowing, your role is essential to our success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Press Operators with loading/unloading rolls and setting up jobs
- Keep the production area clean, stocked, and organized
- Help monitor press runs and support quality checks
- Retrieve and prepare materials as needed
- Communicate with team members to support workflow
- Follow all safety and GMP protocols
- Perform general housekeeping and support duties
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
- Flexographic printing experience is an asset but not required
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a production environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 42 per week
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Thursday
- Morning and Afternoon shifts available
- Overtime as needed
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Flexographic Printing: 1 year (an asset)
Language:
Work Location: In person — Etobicoke, ON M9W 1E1
Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
