Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven Independent Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. In this client-focused sales role, you’ll assess market options, obtain competitive insurance solutions, and cultivate long-term relationships— while providing exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assess clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license/OTL willing to switch to RIBO
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Multilingualism is an asset.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
Please note that this is a 100% commission based role.
Pay: $30,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
