THE OPPORTUNITY
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment of all our open positions in the manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Source passive and active candidates by coordinating and conducting interviews and present recommendations.
- Partner with hiring managers and supervisors within the organization to assess current and future staffing needs.
- Participate in weekly recruitment meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience using an integrated ATS considered an asset.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A highly motivated, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within a short timeframe.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail required.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
